01 / Who we are

TUSANAOY LIMITED is the controller for personal information described in this policy. Company number: 17492326. Registered address: 173 Rundells, Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom, CM18 7HF. We retail mechanical and quartz wristwatches for adults through tusanaoy.uk.

Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +44 7700 900482. We handle personal information under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

02 / Information we handle

The checkout asks for your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, town or city, postcode and optional order note. It also holds your selected products, quantities, order total and payment-method preference. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the order note.

In the current implementation, checkout information and bag contents are held only in the page’s memory. They are not sent to us, saved in browser storage or submitted to a payment provider. Reloading or closing the page clears them. The order number and confirmation message are generated in your browser; the page does not actually send a confirmation email or process payment.

If you email or telephone us separately, we receive the contact information and information about orders, enquiries or returns that you choose to provide. We do not collect card numbers, security codes or banking passwords. If payment processing is introduced, a payment provider would handle payment credentials; no such integration is currently active.

03 / Purposes and lawful bases

We use information you send directly to answer enquiries, discuss purchases and manage returns. Contract or steps at your request before entering a contract may support these activities. Legitimate interests may support ordinary business correspondence and protecting our services, where those interests do not override your rights. Legal obligation applies where we must retain transaction or tax records or respond to a valid legal request. Consent applies only where we specifically ask for it, such as optional marketing; this site currently has no marketing subscription or tracking consent mechanism.

04 / Who may receive information

Information you send by email is handled through our email service. Advisers or public authorities may receive information where necessary for professional advice or a legal obligation. If a purchase is separately arranged, necessary delivery information may be shared with a delivery service. The current checkout sends no information to these parties. No payment provider is connected, and we do not sell personal information.

05 / International transfers

The current checkout makes no international data transfers. Email and other service providers may process correspondence outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is necessary, we require an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as appropriate. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your correspondence.

06 / How long information is kept

Checkout information exists only while the current page session remains open and is not stored persistently. Form fields are cleared after confirmation. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry or return and address related issues; necessity is reviewed periodically. Where an actual transaction creates accounting or legal records, relevant records may need to be kept for six years, or longer where a specific legal requirement or ongoing dispute applies. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

07 / Keeping information secure

We limit access to correspondence and use appropriate account security and access controls. The website does not request or store payment credentials. No communication method is completely secure; please do not email payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive data.

08 / Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. The bag and checkout use temporary JavaScript memory only. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party media. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

09 / Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email [email protected] to exercise a right or withdraw consent. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; legally permitted extensions may apply to complex requests. Rights are subject to statutory conditions and exemptions.

10 / Questions and complaints

Please contact us if you have concerns. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. You do not have to contact us first.

11 / Adults and children

Our products and checkout are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so that we can take appropriate action.

12 / Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our processing or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The date below identifies the current version.
